We send text messages related to plumbing work you have contacted us about. That means:
We do not send promotional blasts, sales campaigns, or marketing offers.
You consent to receive text messages from us in any of these ways:
Message frequency varies with your job. Most people exchange a handful of messages while we work out what is wrong and when we can come out. You will typically receive no more than 10 messages per month, and we do not send recurring scheduled messages.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything for text messages; any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your plan.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you immediately. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Opting out of texts does not cancel your job or prevent us from calling you.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee it.
Plumbing work occupies both hands, so our phone and text line is answered with the help of an automated assistant named Lupita. She gathers details about your job — what is wrong, where you are, and when you need someone — and passes them to Robert. She will never quote you a price; Robert prices every job himself. You can ask to speak with a person at any point and we will call you back.
Do not rely on text messages for an emergency. If water is actively flooding, or there is a sewage backup or a gas smell, call us at (818) 421-9758. Text and chat are not monitored continuously, and a message can be delayed by your carrier. For a gas leak, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 first.
